The 33rd "Hobin Open" was a huge and complete success. Jody, Kristy, and Nikki did a wonderful job as usual! We all want to thank them with all our hearts! The weekend was attended by many Hobin family members and a lot of their friends. The weather(as usual)was just gorgeous! Ordered from all our departed loved ones who were past Hobin Open players! Thirteen teams tee'd off on Saturday for the tournament! Sunday's Skins were won by Mike, Ned and Gerry Hobin! G-man added, we don't call it the "Hobin Open" for nothing!!!! Thank's to all you Pidgeeoonns! We all look forward to next years tournament and hope more family members will be there to golf and fill everyone in on what's going on in their lives. Hope to see you there!

"10 FAMILY TOURNAMENT RULES"
#1- Betting between family members is encouraged!
#2- Captains establish order of golf and can change order at anytime.
#3- 16 year olds and under can hit from the red tees on all water holes.
(#'s 3, 9, 10, & 18)
#4- Tees: Men (White) except on long drive hole (#5) (Blue)
Women (Red) for all holes.
#5- Longest drive hole: Blue for Men & Boys. Shot good in the fairway only! The first cut, rough, and sand traps are no good!
#6- Closest to the pin hole is #1! (4 CTP MARKERS) Men, Women, 16 And under, both boys and girls!!!
#7- 3 man teams: Get one extra stroke per shot, to be kept in rotating order throughout the round!
#8- If all team members ball goes into water, drop ball on greenside of water and the team is now hitting 3.
#9- All Captains are responsible for following the "Hobin Open" rules! If you have any questions ask a committee member!
#10- Teams with any player deemed ineligible by the Hobin Open Committee will be disqualified!
